Tracy earned her bachelor’s in communications, secondary education from Boise State as well as her master’s in educational technology, MET. She is a former special education consulting teacher and professional learning leader with over 16 years of experience with a passion for helping others understand things better. Tracy was a special education instructional learning coach for the Boise School District and has experience with crisis intervention programs through working with populations in programs for social, emotional and behavioral needs. Over the last seven years there, she designed ongoing trainings for over 200 special education teachers and planned, developed and executed learning technologies/programs, resources and activities for 1,500+ learners for 32 schools. She provided trainings on Social Emotional Learning for students with behavioral disorders and used adult learning theories to design training content for teachers. She facilitated multiple remote and in-person trainings for over 60 staff members on various topics including compliance, technology integration and new policies.
