Hannah Habineza is a refugee medical case manager at Full Circle Health, formally known as Family Medicine Residency of Idaho. She came to the Unites States as a refugee from Rwanda in September 2010. She has been working with clients/patients with different immigration statuses for over eight years. She is a certified medical interpreter in Kinyarwanda and Swahili. She is passionate about walking an extra mile to help newly arrived Americans as they navigate different systems in their new homeland . She is married with four beautiful children.
