Opiate use disorder is a pervasive concern within the population. Understanding and facilitating recognition of this condition and creating a non-judgmental environment improves the physical and mental health of patients, in particular pregnant patients, leading to improved outcomes for all.

Presenting the right tools for recognition and demonstrating the ease with which anyone can help manage this patient population helps to empower not only providers but patients, creating long lasting impact for communities and uniting everyone toward a common goal of success and healing.
