Cloeie was born in Washington and earned her Master of Social Work from NNU in December of 2016 and started at Recovery 4 Life in June 2016 as a contract employee. She quickly worked her way into the position of Associate Director in 2018 and became the Clinical Director in Early 2019. She obtained her clinical in October 2019. Cloeie specializes in working with the Severely and Persistently Mentally Ill population and her Adlerian approach helps identify their strengths. She coordinates Mental Health Court with R4L and Ada County Courts along with doing supervision for all staff. Her supervisory approach also helps staff with finding and building their strengths. In her free time, she enjoys board games, walks, exploring new places, and playing billiards.
