Dennis is the director of clinical operations for Optum Idaho. He has worked with Optum Idaho since 2019, after 12 years with a local behavioral health organization and two years at a federally qualified health center. Prior to joining Optum Idaho, he was the Treasure Valley executive director of Lifeways and had the privilege of working in multiple settings and levels of care and helped implement new programs and services in Idaho and Oregon. Dennis also serves on the Idaho Licensing Board of Professional and Marriage and Family Therapists and is an adjunct professor in the Department of Counselor Education at Northwest Nazarene University. He is married with two kids and can often be found at various school events.
