Kelley has been a trainer for over 10 years, specializing in the past year as Crisis Prevention Institute Certified Instructor. Recently she has been certified to teach CPI Trauma, which provides insight on how to work with members who may experience a crisis based on trauma. She is always excited to train providers on this important intervention model to help providers successfully manage a crisis situation.
