Rashmi has over 10 years of experience providing client-focused consultation, case management and implementation services to PLL providers across the country. Prior to becoming the lead clinical consultant for the PLL Evidenced-Family Treatment Model, Rashmi was a therapist and co-facilitator for the PLL model at Bay Area Youth Services in Florida. She has extensive experience cultivating agency partnerships and leading successful implementation of the PLL evidence-based model nationally.

Rashmi received her MBA in Employee Relations from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Central Florida.
